Mahalia Jane is a talented singer, songwriter, performer and DJ from Adelaide, South Australia
Singing and performing since she could walk, Mahalia brings over 20 years of industry experience to every stage. She made her mark on the Adelaide music scene with her original 2017 production WHAT IF and her sold out, five star show Her Soul, both earning award nominations and recognition across the festival circuit.
After performing her acclaimed one woman tribute to Billie Holiday, Mahalia travelled to Europe in 2015, and her work as a professional vocalist around the world has given her a deep understanding of music and entertainment. A creative and passionate songwriter, she brings that experience to every performance.

Mahalia and her talented musicians perform at weddings, events and corporate functions across Adelaide and regional South Australia. A committed and passionate performer, she loves creating unique musical experiences tailored to every client.
Mahalia holds a Diploma in Music specialising in Voice and has performed with bands, gospel choirs and musicals, as well as in solo shows, film and TV commercials. She has worked alongside highly regarded, award winning names including Guy Sebastian, DING Productions, The Audio Embassy, NIDA, Gospo Collective and Strictly Ballroom: The Musical.
In early 2018, Mahalia started her original music project Harli. Working in Sydney, she wrote with chart topping Universal Music Producer Liam Quinn and Sony Music’s Isabella Kearney-Nurse, who has written #1 songs with The Veronica’s. Harli’s song “Be Me” was featured on a Spotify Editorial playlist in 2018 which gained over 15,000 plays in one day. Harli was shortlisted for the People’s Choice Award ‘Best Electronic Artist’ in 2018, and nominated for ‘Best Pop Artist’ in 2019.
